A unique Chianti Classico vineyard.

Situated in one of the most beautiful areas of the Chianti Classico region between the towns of Gaiole and Radda with vineyards extending over approx. 50 ha and a large cantina.

This large wine estate is at 400 m asl. and in an area renowned for its excellent soil, favourable climate and perfect slopes for wine production.
The cantina of 4600 sqm was finished in 2005 and is divided into the production area of 3600 sqm and 1000 sqm for offices and apartments and utilities for the workers and staff.
The vineyards include ca. 45 Ha of Chianti Classico DOCG Gallo Nero and 5 Ha of IGT Toscana with Sangiovese, Merlot and Cabernet vines with approximately 5000 plants per hectare. When all the vines are in full production, they will produce appox. 2400 hectolitres of Chianti Classico and 510 hectolitres of IGT wine.
There are 586 olive trees with 220 newly planted and the olives are taken immediately to the nearby press.
The cantina has an electrical sub-station, public gas supply and fresh water.
