This guest house is situated on the edge of Claremont CBD so the position is superb. It is only a walk away from Claremont Main Road, The Newlands Rugby Stadium and Sahara Park. For those on business trips it is about 20 minutes to Cape Town Central and the V&A Waterfront, the Cape Town International Airport, the Northern Suburbs or about 40 minutes to be over the mountain to the Atlantic seaboard. For tourists and visitors there is the much envied shopping experience of Cavendish Square and The Link, plus a short ride to the famous Kirstenbosch Botanical Gardens. The sports minded have the major gyms within 2 kilometers: Virgin Active, Planet Fitness and The Sports Science Institute and all of Table Mountain to climb. The well fitted gym within the guesthouse is perfect for the instant solution and can be followed by a turn in the sauna. For the academics The University of Cape Town is only about 15 minutes away and the University of the Western Cape would be about 40 minutes.
The guest house offers seven en-suite tastefully appointed rooms, one of which is a luxury suite with private lounge and one a self catering suite which is separate and overlooks the pool area. All rooms have wireless internet connectivity.
A cosy lounge off the reception area can accommodate small conference business meetings with an adjacent, honesty bar room and computer room with connectivity for those who do not have the facility on their stay.
Dining is offered on room service or in a cheerful, spacious dining room overlooking the pool and outside patio areas.

Full laundry facilities with industrial type washers and driers offer a same day laundry and ironing facility for clients and in house laundry for the guest house linens. The linen store, laundry and ironing room are situated behind the kitchen area.
A small but well equipped gym with sauna is available to the health conscious who do not have reciprocal gym arrangements.
Staff facilities are comfortable with an interior flatlette comprising lounge, study, bathroom and double bedroom for management staff. There is an outside staff facility with comfortable bedroom en suite in the event that a further manager is employed.
